Transfer policy

 

• Please note that transfer is available from airport/port and  it can be arranged with an extra cost.

• In case you are interested of using this service, as soon as you have full details of your arrival such as arrival time and number of the flight or name of the boat, you will send an email to aretousavillas@yahoo.gr  in order to arrange it.  

• In case of non show on the arranged time on the airport or port, the driver will have to leave since he has a strained program of transfers. New transfer will be possible upon a charge.

General Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations

• If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged from 10th of May until 30th of September.

• If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.

• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

Non-refundable cancellation Policy

• The half amount of the cost will be charged on the day of booking  and the rest will be paid in cash on the arrival.

• Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

 

• All children are welcome.

• One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib, if  there is capacity.

• One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed, if there is capacity.

• The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1 under arrangement.

• Early check-in can be arranged for an extra charge

• Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge

• Check-in time starts at 14.00 PM

• Check-out time is at 11.00 AM
